Each of these houses was designed for a particular lot. All our house designs are easy to build and affordable - standard construction specs - construction costs are similar to conventional house costs.

We no longer design houses or sell plans online - BUT, if any of these designs grabs you and you think you'd like to build something similar, talk to us (free) and we'll try to help you adapt the plans to fit on your building lot.
